Just a quick update to say that Noah is home! The surgery went very well. The whole procedure took just about 45 minutes, but he was in recovery for about 3 hours. He never does very well coming out of anesthesia. After a few hours he started to come around and was crying and pointing at his IV wanting it out. That's always a sign that he's ready to go home! We are so relieved to have this done and out of the way. After all the procedures and surgeries he has had, it never gets easier to see him go through it. The older he is, the more he understands what is going on. He is going to be in pain for a few days and already has some bruising, but we are hoping he is back to terrorizing his brothers by the weekend. We will meet with the surgeon next Friday to have the stitches removed.

- Brian and I were married in February of 2006. Brian has worked in the family business for 15 years. He is the best father and husband anyone could ever ask for and my best friend. I just recently left the career world to become a full time stay at home mom. I am mother to 3 beautiful boys. Zane is the oldest and will be 12 this year. He is the light of my life and inspires me daily. Noah will celebrate his 4th birthday this summer. He was diagonsed in utero with a Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia. His journey has been one of ups and downs but is nothing short of a miracle. We were thrilled at the prospect of having another baby in 2008 and discovered in an early ultrasound that the baby had a cystic hygroma. We had another long pregnancy facing the unknown and keeping our faith. Elliot was born on Feb 17th 2009 - perfectly healthy! We have learned so much by our children and are blessed beyond measure!

So thrilled to hear that all went well with Noah. I can tell you that the older Jared gets, the more issues we have with his hemophilia. I pray that one day our children will understand and accept their medical issues!
